Coconut & Co

Opened on National Coconut Day, June 26 of 2026, Coconut & Co has quickly become a Downtown Alhambra favorite. Established in 2023, Coconut & Co relocated to Alhambra to move directly next to the movie theater, making it a perfect snack in the recent heat after catching a movie with friends or before exploring the rest of Downtown. Their signature young coconut drinks pair well with their kaya toast.

Pinecone Bakeshop & Cafe

Next to Yang’s Kitchen arrives another locally sourced delicious food stop - Pinecone Bakeshop & Cafe. Paired with a full coffee program, the mouth-watering tarts are made from Tehachapi Sonora wheat, with flavors ranging from banana miso caramel cream to peach Earl Grey tarts. They’re worth the visit, and a great spot to linger for a while with friends and enjoy the decor inside.
